How much does online ordering cost for an independent restaurant?

Do I need a website to use OrdraFood?

No. OrdraFood gives you a public ordering page (ordrafood.fr/your-restaurant). You can share it directly on your Google Business profile, your social media, your flyers and your in-store QR codes. A full website is available as a separate option.

Does OrdraFood take a commission on my orders?

Never. You pay a fixed monthly subscription and keep 100% of every order, whether it comes from your ordering page, a QR code or your website. Only the payment provider's standard card fees apply (around 1.4% + €0.25).

Can my customers pay online?

Yes. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe or SumUp, with no redirection: the customer pays on your page and the money goes straight to your account. Cash on pickup or delivery is also supported.

Can my customers order in English or other languages?

Yes. The customer ordering page is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Arabic, so tourists and international customers can browse your menu and order comfortably.

Is there a mobile app to manage incoming orders?

Yes, an Android app for the restaurant: you get notified the moment a new order arrives and you can print kitchen tickets on a thermal printer. Orders also appear in real time in the web admin.
