online table booking

How do I activate table reservations?

Activate the Reservations add-on (€8.99 excl. VAT/month) from your subscription area. Then open the "Reservations" tab, go to "Settings" and flip the "Enable reservations" switch. Configure your hours and capacity, and your booking page is live.

Is there a free trial for the Reservations add-on?

No. The add-on is billed as soon as you activate it, with no trial period. On the other hand it has no commitment and can be cancelled in one click at any time: you only pay for the months the add-on is active.

Is the number of bookings limited?

No. The add-on includes unlimited reservations. Whether you receive 1 or 1,000 bookings in a month, the price is the same.

How does capacity management work?

You set a total capacity (e.g. 40 covers). The system tracks in real time how many covers are already booked on each slot (taking meal duration into account, e.g. 90 min). When a slot is full, it disappears for customers.

Can I add a manual reservation (phone booking)?

Yes. From your admin, click "Add": enter the customer's details and the booking is created, marked "confirmed" and "admin entry". It counts towards your capacity.

Can the customer cancel online?

For now, cancellations are handled by contacting the restaurant directly (phone or email shown in the confirmation). Self-service customer cancellation is planned in a future update.

Is there any commission?

No. €0 per cover, 0% of anything. You pay the Reservations add-on (€8.99 excl. VAT/month), and that is all.
