Yes. OrdraFood supports both: online payment (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and payment on delivery or at pickup. You decide which options to offer your customers.
The order is not confirmed. The customer sees an error message and can re-enter their card details. Nothing is charged when a payment fails.
Yes. From your OrdraFood dashboard or directly in Stripe, you can issue a partial refund (e.g. a missing item) or a full refund.
Stripe requires a minimum of €0.50 per transaction. OrdraFood adds no extra constraint.
Not by OrdraFood. Card data is processed entirely by Stripe or SumUp, certified PCI DSS Level 1, and never touches OrdraFood servers.
